IRIS selected as IRP by GSTN

In order to help businesses generate e-invoices smoothly after the threshold being reduced, the government has officially selected four more companies as its authorized IRPs (Invoice Registration Portals). Earlier, companies could generate IRNs (Invoice Registration Number) only via NIC. However, now the following four companies will also be able to help other companies generate e-invoices officially.

The GSTN has appointed IRIS Business Services i.e. (IRIS IRP), Cygnet InfoPath, Defmacro Software, and EY LLP as four additional businesses for the creation of Invoice Registration Portals (IRPs).
